NewMeter default configuration for PiStorm builds and refreshed validation details.

Highlights
NewMeter default configuration
NewMeter tooltypes are now written at build time with a consistent set of defaults instead of relying on whatever the user had previously set:
- Font: Helvetica 11.
- Colors: custom palette matching a dark Workbench theme - CPU bar in dark red, Chip RAM in red, Fast RAM in orange, RTG in green, and DOS in dark green.
- Transparency: 40 percent, Border: 10 px.
- Update interval: every 3 seconds.
Value labels are rendered in black for legibility on light gauge bars.
NOVOL=RAM suppresses the RAM Disk volume indicator.

Remaining known gaps
- hst-imager pinned to v1.5.564 - v1.6.x has an upstream FFS regression and must be confirmed fixed before unpinning.
- MiSTer RTG (UAEGFX) + PPP networking - shipped but unconfirmed on hardware.
- Other Classic NICs - Ariadne, A2065, Hydra, X-Surf, EB920, and NE2000 driver pipelines exist; only 3c589 and X-Surf 100 confirmed on real hardware.
Under the hood
- 61 XCTest cases passing.
- Distribution: signed and notarized universal binary (Apple Silicon + Intel), Developer ID, stapled.
