v0.99.10 Latest
Feature release. The new Amiga Fleet console (File → Amiga Fleet…) puts every amiagent-running Amiga on one board: system reports, a remote shell, drag-and-drop file transfer, ARexx, and live VNC screens through a built-in client that speaks AmiVNC's vintage dialect — with install-on-request via amipkg and transparent TLS. ami2ha joins the package list: a Home Assistant dashboard on the Workbench, pre-configured at build time (an image carrying your HA token is personal — never share it). New images bundle amiagent 0.10.0. UAE/Amiberry Workbench capped at 16-bit so SDL apps no longer crash the emulator. Bundles amipkg 0.7.11. Build 260815.
v0.99.9
Feature release. Every UAE/Amiberry build now writes a native .fs-uae config alongside the .uae - FS-UAE reads none of the WinUAE keys, so FS-UAE users previously got no RTG board, no networking and too little RAM. The emulated CPU is now selectable (68020/68030/68040/68060), written into both configs with the matching FPU - ScummVM raises it to a 68060 automatically. ADF folders holding several OS releases are merged in strict release order: Auto installs the newest release present, an explicit pick is honoured exactly, and update-disk files can no longer be shadowed by their base versions. Drawer icons show their artwork everywhere. Bundles amipkg 0.7.10. Build 260810.
v0.99.8.3
Feature release. amiagent - the Amiga half of amimcp - is now a selectable package, and the new Remote Access settings pane can set it to start at boot with an access token already in place, so a freshly built image is reachable from your Mac (including from Claude) without touching the Amiga. Auto-start is off by default and refuses to write a boot line without a token. PiStorm images with Roadshow now bring the network up at boot - a new setting, on by default - via a background script that waits for Workbench, so a machine with no cable plugged in still boots normally. Bundles amipkg 0.7.9. Build 260809.
v0.99.8.2
Bugfix release. The Cancel button added in 0.99.8.1 did not actually stop a build - it does now, within a second or two, at a safe point. A cancel arriving in the final moments no longer disables the button for the rest of the session. The keep-or-delete prompt for an unfinished image reports what the file actually occupies (11 MB) rather than its nominal size (8 GB). "Check for Updates..." is no longer permanently greyed out, and the old update notice no longer runs alongside the built-in updater. PiStorm images are labelled correctly internally. Bundles amipkg 0.7.9. Build 260805.
v0.99.8.1
Bugfix release. Repairs AmiSSL on PiStorm and Vampire images - 0.99.7 and 0.99.8 installed the wrong implementation library, so every program using AmiSSL failed (rebuild affected images). The size check for large WHDLoad collections now counts what files actually occupy instead of their plain size, refusing an over-large collection before the build rather than filling the partition part-way. Builds can be cancelled, and a half-written image is no longer left silently. Build 260804.
v0.99.8
Amiga Imager now updates itself: it offers new versions and installs them for you, verified against a built-in signing key and Apple's code signature - and never in the middle of a build or a card write. Iconless drawers and files in the file manager show the volume's own Amiga default icons. The build summary states the Kickstart requirement for AmigaOS 3.2.x on Classic up front. Bundles amipkg 0.7.8, which brings back the Refresh button lost two releases ago. Build 260731.
v0.99.7
Your Amiga's real Workbench icons in the file manager - including GlowIcons - plus editable tool types, protection bits and comments, written straight back into the image (FFS and PFS3). Pack any drawer into an LHA archive. Finder now draws Amiga icons and IFF pictures as thumbnails. Bundles amipkg 0.7.3: anyone can host their own package repository. Build 260729.
v0.99.6
Your Amiga Imager now keeps itself in the loop: the app checks a cryptographically signed version manifest and shows a quiet banner when a newer release exists (nothing installs itself - Settings toggle included). Package installs can target any drawer on any drive of the image, from the Mac and on the Amiga alike. Bundles amipkg 0.5.2. Build 260728.
v0.99.5
Feature release: your Amiga gets a package manager. Every image ships amipkg - the software installed at build time stays updatable on the running Amiga, and a signed, self-maintaining catalog of 200+ classics is one command away. Three front-ends (CLI, GadTools, MUI), clean removal, Mac-side management included. Build 260727.
v0.99
Public release. Adds a dedicated Vampire V4 / Apollo 68080 target, new opt-in IMP3 community tools, carries forward the WHDLoad and ScummVM first-boot workflow from v0.98, and rolls in hardware-found fixes across USB first boot, desktop icon layout, AmiSSL compatibility, and PiStorm Classic defaults. Build 260717.
v0.98
Workflow-focused public update. v0.98 can stage a WHDLoad games collection directly into the finished system and prebuild the iGame index for first boot, bundles the Roadshow Demo path, improves ADF-folder and ROM recognition checks, keeps the host path fully native, and rolls in PiStorm Classic and filesystem polish. Build 260706.
v0.96
Build 260627 is now fully native in Swift. The legacy build scripts and the external hst-imager helper are gone, so every build runs entirely in-process with no fallback. It also adds AmigaOS 3.2 CD ISO support, including combining a CD with a separate folder of 3.2.x update disks, and Roadie now installs only when selected.
v0.95
Build 260622 brings full AmigaOS 3.9 support, including CD ISO installs plus Boing Bag updates that now build natively on every target. All standard build configurations stay on the native in-process path, and FrameThrower prerelease Emu68 builds now do too.
